Lifeguard Digital Health announced today the renewal of its software services agreement with the British Columbia Construction Industry Rehabilitation Program (CIRP) for CIRP’s BuildStrong App. CIRP previously contracted Lifeguard to develop mobile application software for providing drug overdose prevention, monitoring, and on-demand access to mental health and substance abuse supports to construction industry unions, associations, and alliances. The Buildstrong App also incorporates Lifeguard’s LifeguardConnect™ technology under a licensing arrangement.
The BuildStrong App is a cutting-edge resource designed to revolutionize worker health and safety in the construction industry. The app provides construction workers with on-demand access to mental health and substance use support, giving them the power to prioritize their well-being and take control of their mental health. The app includes a range of resources, including tools and techniques for managing stress and anxiety, tips for overcoming substance use challenges, and information about available support services. The app is free and designed to be accessible to all construction workers, regardless of their location or financial situation.
